In Episode 1, the founder identifies the issues surrounding the education system and the performing arts community impacted by TEKS testing and assessments. She offers a solution or ideas to promote the visual, fine, and performing arts when faced with the anxiety connected to children and teachers who have to work around the US State Mandated Test that has overwhelmed not just teacher across the States, but our children as well.

In episode 2 discover how a team of teachers working collaboratively is able to achieve an integrative performing and fine arts Earth Day project comprised of 6 general teachers, a music teacher, art teacher, technology teacher, 2 visiting artists, and Artistic Education Company team of experts.

At the end of this episode, listeners will learn how to rethink education by incorporating the performing and fine arts across core subjects as a school-wide project during the academic year. An up-close look into how this is done will be examined and explored further.

In episode 3, Monique Dacheff discusses how the official slogan of Austin, Texas has shifted and changed the artistic landscape of the Region with this question, "Why is Austin, Texas called the Live Music Captial of the World?" Monique Dacheff shares her experience working to promote and advance the live music scene with her concert series, Austin Glitz & Glam Concerts, which is in part funded by the City of Austin Economic Development and Cultural Arts Division. Artistic Education Company is fiscally sponsored by the Austin Creative Alliance. The company has many partners, sponsors, and affiliates who believe the company's cause and mission.
