Monique Dacheff founded AEC in 2006 to advance innovation and originality in the performing and fine arts with children at a young age. Sponsors and Affiliates include the Austin Creative Alliance, the City of Austin’s Economic Development Cultural & Arts Division, Austin Independent School District Fine Arts Partner, and many generous affiliates to reach more than 84, 000 students under the district umbrella to advance the performing and fine arts with children at an early age.

Austin Jazz Glitz & Glam Concerts Presents Monique Dache’ with her Austin Jazz Big Band,, work in support of the company’s mission and cause to bring together local musicians, visual artists, and dancers in a multidisciplinary concert series helping to impact and enrich the City’s vibrant Arts community of Austin as, “The Music Capital of the World.”

We are now expanding our efforts across California now that our company has become a full fledged designated nonprofit organization to reach more cities at the regional and national level.

A professional music singer-songwriter herself, Monique is also known by her stage and musical artist name Monique Dache’. Elizabeth Billman, Board Member

BOARD MEMBER I ART DIRECTOR I SCHOOL PRINCIPAL

Ms. D. Elizabeth Billman is a passionate and experienced educator, mentor and business owner.  She holds a BSED/BFA and MA with current Principal and All-Level Art Certification in Texas.  After over 10 years of teaching visual art at the elementary and secondary level, she spent over 6 years as a high school administrator in public school.  She has designed numerous programs centered around education, art and wellness in the public school and non-profit arenas. 

Additionally, Ms. Billman is a certified Texas Mediator and currently the CFO in a family owned business.  She is honored to be a part of the dynamic PACE team, sharing her craft and commitment to enriching children’s lives with the arts.

Larry Amaro, Board Member

Mr. Larry Amaro is a passionate and experienced social worker, mentor and community leader within the Hispanic, Latino, and Mexican American Central Texas community.  He holds 30 years of social work and leadership experience in Texas.  After 30 years working as a social worker in Austin, Texas, he spent 10 years as TV host, producer, and Hispanic human rights advocate at the Austin Public Access Station as a host with the Eddie Arevalo’s Spotlite Show.
